Grasses of the Blue Mountains

This workshop is aimed at the professional bush regenerator and keen Bushcare volunteer.

It will help train you to recognize the common grasses of the Blue Mountains using field characteristics.

The workshop will also launch Van's latest book - Key to Grasses of the Blue Mountains.

Presenter Van Klaphake is a botanist and professional bush regenerator. He has conducted grass and sedge identification workshops for National Parks, Local Government, Australian Plant Society and Greening Australia. His previous workshops in the Blue Mountains have been very well received.

Participants can pourchase Van's Key to Grasses of the Blue Mountains for $15 and are encouraged to bring along specimens for identification.
